They sell you templates about real estate.

Listing days,
and every day between.

Two halves, one street. Listing days: a guided session at the property — your phone walks the shots — and the video, carousel, stories, flyer and caption come back finished. Every other day: market updates, tips, local features and milestones, made from a question or two, unlimited.

Pick your street

Pick your street. The design is done.

Design systems built like boutique studios — locked grids, real typography, motion with manners. No blank pages, no fonts menu, no way to ruin it at 11pm. Wave 01 opens with six:

  • WhiteSt
  • MeridianAve
  • AstorPl
  • GramercyPk
  • PalmAve
  • BoweryAve

Then a wave a week — Mercer, Fairview, Mulholland, Perry, Strand, Canal, and on until all thirty-six are live. Each drop is a mix rather than a category, so there is a real choice whichever week you arrive.

How a listing becomes a campaign

One session at the property. The whole campaign.

  1. No.01

Your phone walks you through it

Each shot shows a three-second example, opens your camera, and checks the clip the moment you take it — too dark, too short, sideways, it tells you right there. Questions in between, one per screen.

  2. No.02

    Finished, not files

Your street renders everything while you drive to the next appointment. Every piece arrives with its caption already written and a one-line plan for when to post it.

  3. No.03

    Save, paste, done

Video to your camera roll, caption on your clipboard, flyer emailed for the print shop. Reel, feed cut and story version included — nothing to resize.

Between listings

Between listings, the feed stays full.

Nobody has a new listing every week. The other half of the product is everything you post in between — made the same way, in the same street, from a question or two instead of a shoot. Unlimited on the plan.

  1. No.A

    Updates that fill themselves

Confirm your area once; the monthly market carousel and reel fill from current figures and your own activity. One screen: review, post.

  2. No.B

    Tips, spotlights, seasons

Buyer guides, neighbourhood features, holiday posts — guided two-minute sessions, never a blank template.

  3. No.C

    Milestones draft themselves

Just listed, under contract, sold — drawn from real records, never invented numbers. Confirm what is public, pick a cover, post.

04 The part you cannot forget

Your state's rules, on every single piece.

Your brokerage, your licence number and the Equal Housing mark, placed and sized to the rules where you actually work — researched state by state, not a checkbox. You cannot forget it, because you cannot remove it.

Anything you type is screened against Fair Housing language before it renders. If something is a problem, we say which words and why, before it goes out.

One price

One price. No tiers.

The number worth comparing: a single listing photography invoice runs $200–$500. This is the rest of the marketing, every month — and the first listing is on us, so you can shoot it, post it, and then decide.

Examples on this site use fictional listings and agents, labelled as such. No testimonials until real clients exist.

$199 /month · monthly only at launch

  • The everyday feed is unlimited — market updates, tips, local features, milestones.
  • Your street at signup — colour, type, layouts, live in minutes.
  • Cancel anytime — downloads stay available 30 days.
